We focus on exchanger / instant-swap services where users can create an individual crypto-to-crypto exchange without using a conventional trading account. Core rankings do not cover DEX interfaces, P2P marketplaces, futures/perpetual platforms or ordinary custodial trading exchanges.
Submitting a service does not guarantee inclusion, a particular ranking position or a positive evaluation. We independently review material claims before adding or updating a listing.
What We Review
Our research can include the service website, Terms of Service, AML/KYC policy, Privacy Policy, help center, supported assets, live exchange routes and other public documentation.
We are especially interested in the difference between routine and conditional verification. A service does not need to promise “KYC never” to be considered. If normal eligible swaps begin without identity verification but a risk flag can trigger KYC, state that clearly in the submission.
Relevant factors include:
- Conventional account or registration requirement.
- Routine KYC requirements.
- Conditional AML/KYT or transaction-risk verification.
- Supported cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks.
- BTC and XMR availability.
- Fixed, floating or other rate options.
- Minimum and maximum exchange amounts.
- Typical processing conditions.
- Privacy-related or private-routing features.
- Public policy transparency.
- Geographic restrictions.
- Support and issue-resolution process.
Who Can Submit a Service?
Submissions should come from the service owner, an employee, an authorized representative or another person able to provide accurate public information about the platform.
You can also use this form to request a factual correction to an existing listing. For corrections, include an official URL showing the current information.
We do not need passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, customer identity documents or confidential internal data. Never submit those materials through this form.

What Happens After Submission?
We review the information against public sources and the current scope of nokycexchange.org. If the service fits the exchanger / instant-swap model, we may compare it with the existing researched pool and verify the fields relevant to our rankings.
A submission can result in:
- A new service being added to the researched pool.
- A factual field being corrected.
- A service being considered for a future ranking update.
- A request for a public source supporting a claim.
- No change if the service does not fit the site scope or cannot be sufficiently verified.
We do not accept payment as a substitute for factual verification. Any commercial arrangement, where applicable, does not remove the requirement that material KYC, account, asset and policy information be described accurately.
What Services Are Outside Our Core Rankings?
The following products are generally outside the core ranking scope:
- Decentralized exchange interfaces where users trade directly through smart contracts.
- P2P marketplaces that match individual buyers and sellers.
- Futures, perpetual and leveraged derivatives platforms.
- Conventional custodial trading exchanges built primarily around user accounts and order books.
- Fiat-only brokers or payment gateways with no relevant instant crypto-to-crypto exchange flow.
If your product combines several models, explain which exchanger-style flow you want us to evaluate.
Corrections to an Existing Listing
If your service is already listed and a factual field has changed, use the same form and select “Yes” under the correction question. Provide the current official source for the change.
Examples of useful correction sources include:
- Updated AML/KYC policy.
- Current Terms of Service.
- Supported-asset page.
- Live exchange route.
- Official help-center article.
- Public announcement of a material product change.
Ranking positions are editorial decisions. A request to move a service higher without a factual basis is not treated as a correction.
